  • Butler Tech High School Application System Opens November 27

    November 27, 2017
Butler Tech will begin accepting online applications for all 2018 – 19 high school programs on Monday, November 27. The priority application deadline for sophomores currently enrolled in Butler Tech’s associate school districts is January 31, 2018. Associate school districts include Edgewood, Fairfield, Lakota, Madison, Middletown, Monroe, New Miami, Ross, and Talawanda in Butler County and the Northwest Local School District in Hamilton County.

Butler Tech high school programs offer students the opportunity to major in a career area during their junior and senior years, while also earning college credit and working toward industry-recognized credentials. Many students also pursue internships, apprenticeships, and paid co-ops through Butler Tech’s partnerships with local businesses. The popularity of many of the programs resulted in a record number of applicants for the 2017 – 18 school year.

Acceptance into Butler Tech high school programs is based on an in-person interview with a program instructor. Students must have a current transcript from their school showing their status as a 10th grade student with three completed semesters. Students cannot be three or more credits deficient.
