    Position Overview
    AMS Construction Parts is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team.  This individual will be responsible for processing orders from their team of Account Executives; scheduling freight pick up to customer drop off.  Customer satisfaction is a priority within this role.
     
     
    Responsibilities
    1. Work with Account Executives to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels meet and exceed customer expectations through strong customer service orientation and excellent follow-up skills
    2. Data entry on vendor/customer coordination to process purchase orders, process invoices and payments.
    3. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
    4. Arrange and schedule freight shipments (prepare freight bill of ladings, customs paperwork, etc.)
    5. Daily tracking of customer shipments along with any notifications
    6. Work with your Account Executives to inform customers of any shipping delays or issues as well as how the issues will be resolved.
    7. Work with Account Executives to ensure order accuracy and the shipping of parts on a timely basis.
    8. Various other clerical duties
    9. Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

    2. The ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the goal
    3. Exhibits independent thinking skills, initiative, and ability to work with general direction and perform work with a high degree of accuracy
    4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in an effective and positive manner
    5. Proven experience in sales, sales coordinator or in an administrative role
    6. Proficient computer skills:  Microsoft Office, CRM, QuickBooks, and ability to multi-task through different applications quickly and accurately
     
    Requirements
    1. High School Diploma or equivalent required
    2. 1-2 years’ experience in a coordinator / administrative role
