    Expand the Leadership Development Program to grow future leaders for our region.

     

    1. Branded new leadership program – CLIMB (Cultivate-Lead-Inspire-Motivate-Build)
    • Redesigned the program to include 24.5 hours of leadership skill building training
    1. Developing a Future CLIMBers program for Juniors in the six area high schools
    2. Created a Leadership Bank including retired and current business owners
    • Experienced owners who are a sounding board lending support, advise and problem solve current challenges
